Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Products will ship within 3 business days by UPS unless they are customized items. If unable to ship within 5 days, the customer will be notified and appropriate action taken. Orders received on the weekends will be shipped within 3 business days of the following Monday.

UPS Ground will be used unless the customer chooses to expedite shipping. UPS Ground takes between 5 - 7 business days. Most of our products are shipped from Gainesville, FL.

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Special orders and customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returned items must be unused and include all original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of reciept. Please include your reciept, noting on the front your reason for return. Ship the package pre-paid and insured to 4136 NW 16th Boulevard, Gainesville, FL 32605. To save on shipping costs, you may also return items to our store.

Damaged Items

All of our items are packaged with care to ensure that it will arrive undamaged. If you recieve a damaged item, save the damaged goods, the carton, and the packaging material. Call our store at 1-888-379-8520 or email us at cs@kitchenspice.com and we will arrange to have the item returned to us.
